Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actor from the United States. Her fame grew during the final decade of 1970 and in the in the early 1980s, playing appearances in various television shows, in which she usually displayed a glamorous appearance. Fairchild's career began in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. The first actress to portray Jenna Wade, she made her TV debut on CBS's soap opera for daytime Dallas in 1978. The following year, she was offered her first leading part for her role in the NBC Drama Flamingo Road (1980), which earned her the Golden Globe Award as Best Actress - Television Series - for that series. The following year, she co-starred in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as a role on Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts between 1985 and 1986. Fairchild was involved in the theater, as well as guest roles for television series including Roseanne, Cybill and Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the latter she won an Primetime Emmy Award.
