Paula Patton has a distinguished career as an actor, producer and director. She is most well-known for her starring role in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Her early years were lived in Los Angeles where she came from a family of middle-class. She was raised by a mom who loved watching films. Paula took part in the co-curricular programs at her school and enjoyed drama. She played with her classmates and was a part of the school productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School offered her numerous opportunities to be an actor during her high school years and she picked acting to pursue a career. The summer was a blast at the University of Southern California. She was given a three month task to produce documentary films for PBS. When she was able to complete the assignment well, she was able to begin working as an assistant for the production of TV documentaries. Her next step was to start producing documentaries. Although she enjoyed her career, she still dreamed of being an actor. She began her acting career through a tiny part on the movie romantic comedy Hitch with Will Smith. In the years since, she has been on many TV and film programs.
